In a world where “skinny” is trending… choose to become someone, not just look a certain way. 🤍
The conversation around women’s bodies has always changed. One decade it’s skinny. The next it’s curvy. Then it’s toned.
If you spend your life chasing trends, you’ll never feel like you’ve arrived.
Instead, build a life that isn’t dependent on your body fitting the current standard.
Train because you want to feel powerful.
Eat because you want to fuel your body.
Move because you deserve to feel good.
The goal was never to become smaller.
The goal is to become more.
More confident.
More resilient.
More you.
Because trends fade. The woman you’re becoming doesn’t💚✨

Let’s talk about how exhausting it is being “perfect” all the time.
The perfect morning routine.
The perfect gym program.
The perfect diet.
The perfect relationship.
The perfect job.
The perfect life.
Somewhere along the way, we convinced ourselves that success only counts if we do everything flawlessly.
But trying to be perfect is exhausting.
Because life isn’t lived in perfect routines and colour-coded schedules. Life is messy. Motivation comes and goes. Things don’t always go to plan. Some days you’re thriving, and other days you’re simply doing your best to get through.
The truth is, sustainable growth isn’t built on perfection.
It’s built on showing up.
It’s built on consistency.
It’s built on choosing to be 1% better than yesterday, even when it’s hard.
And yes, taking your time is hard too.
We live in a world that glorifies quick results and overnight success, but real change takes patience. It takes trusting the process when you can’t yet see the outcome.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to do everything perfectly.
You just need to keep moving forward.
One step.
One choice.
One percent better at a time. 🤍

She healed. She changed.
And that’s the point.
You’re not supposed to be the same person you were 6 months ago, 1 year ago, or 3 years ago.
Life is meant to change you.
The experiences you’ve had, the challenges you’ve faced, the lessons you’ve learned, the risks you’ve taken, the boundaries you’ve set, the healing you’ve done… they all shape who you’re becoming.
The woman I was 6 months ago wouldn’t recognise the version of me today.
The woman I was a year ago is completely different.
Because growth requires change.
If you’re unhappy with your current situation, remember: you have the power to make a different decision. You have the ability to choose a new direction. You can become someone you’ve never been before.
We’re forever growing.
We’re forever healing.
We’re forever evolving.
But growth doesn’t happen by accident—it happens when you decide you’re no longer willing to stay where you are✨💚
Are you someone that’s fallen victim to the “all or nothing” mindset…? 👀
You know, the one where if you can’t do everything perfectly, you convince yourself it’s not worth doing at all.
Miss one workout? The week is ruined.
Eat one meal that wasn’t in the plan? Might as well start again Monday.
Life gets busy? Fitness gets pushed aside completely.
The problem is, progress doesn’t come from being perfect. It comes from being consistent.
A 30-minute workout is better than no workout.
A walk is better than sitting on the couch.
One balanced meal still counts, even if the rest of the day wasn’t perfect.
The women who get the best results aren’t the ones who do everything right. They’re the ones who keep showing up, even when things aren’t ideal.
Because something will always beat nothing.
So tell me… where in your life have you been letting “perfect” get in the way of progress? 💭👇
