10kg down and a whole lot stronger! 🙌
One of my incredible clients has just hit a huge milestone—10kg lost in 6 months—and it’s been nothing short of inspiring to witness.
She’s done everything right:
✅ Stayed consistent
✅ Followed her program to a tee
✅ Nailed progressive overload in every session
✅ Maintained a steady calorie deficit
