The H2O Program is designed to introduce children to the water in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment, beginning from 3–6 months of age. Starting with our free introductory program, children progress through to the H2O-3 level, developing essential water familiarisation skills, confidence, and comfort in the aquatic environment.

Through fun and interactive activities, swimmers learn important foundation skills including floating, kicking, breath control, water safety, and independent movement through the water. Our program focuses on building confidence at each stage while encouraging a lifelong love of swimming and working towards independent swimming abilities.
