GUIDANCE FOR THE WEEK - PATTERN

"IT TAKES 2 PEOPLE TO CREATE A PATTERN, BUT ONLY 1 TO CHANGE IT"

📌Patterns are the outer layers of our existence, the "protection" that has been put over our authentic, natural selves, like wearing a poncho for extra warmth or indeed appearance.
📌Patterns become embedded in our chakras and physical being. Our chakras begin to assimilate these patterns as indents in our cellular structure and will show themselves through our behaviours.
📌Patterns are also absorbed into our brain and consciousness and cause us to have certain thoughts, beliefs, or disconnections.
📌The pattern is “perfect” and repeats until we alone decide to change the trajectory.
📌The universe is sending us reminder after reminder of which "patterns" we need to acknowledge and thus release. BE AWARE AND PAUSE WHEN TRIGGERED.
📌We are clearing generations and generations of restricted patterns passed on through our DNA and ancestral lineages.
📌There is no longer tolerance or room to keep on repeating lower vibrational patterns , thoughts, belief systems or limiting programs- WE ARE MUCH BIGGER THAN THIS.
