All classes are 1 hour (except Thursday 11am is 40 min class 15 min free time/play.)
All equipment is supplied aqua Dumbbells, noodles and (aqua belts for deep aqua)
Deep aqua or shallow aqua your choice.
Cost per class $13 or
$11 for seniors/pensioners
Special needs $10
(carers/support worker free)
$5 for people who are doing there hydrotherapy exercises after rehab (down shallow end)
