What began as an experiment for two people last year has quickly grown into a vision, an adventure, and a journey shared by a group of mates from Peakhurst Indoor Sports Centre.

This past weekend, the group travelled together to Tamworth to take on the UPRO Tamworth Premier Indoor Series.
With limited experience at this level, the boys went into the competition with plenty to prove — and they certainly exceeded their own expectations.
Winning 2 out of 3 round games, the team finished 2nd in their group, earning themselves a spot in the finals. Unfortunately, their journey came to an end against the eventual champions, the Western Stars from Dubbo.
But make no mistake — these boys did themselves, their families, their mates, and Peakhurst Indoor Sports proud.

Nikhil, your performances throughout the weekend were outstanding, from 4 games taking 15 wickets for -21 runs and contributing a solid 62 runs with the bat. We are incredibly proud to announce you as the 2026 Tamworth premier indoor series MVP.
