🔥 SUNDAY CARDIO TENNIS – 2PM

Time to shake off winter and get moving for spring! 💪🎾

Our Sunday afternoon Cardio Tennis sessions are all about getting active, having fun and enjoying tennis — and ANY fitness level can join in.

You don’t need to be a great tennis player. Just bring your racquet, your runners and be ready to move!

Patterson Lakes Tennis Club will be hosting an AO 1 Point Slam event — the exciting format where a match comes down to ONE POINT.

One point. One winner. And a pathway connected to a potential $1 MILLION prize at the AO. 🏆💰

🔹 Defensive Zone: Stay solid. Play high, deep, and safe to recover.

🟢 Neutral Zone: Control the point with depth and placement. Look for the opportunity to move forward.

🔴 Aggressive Zone: Take control. Use angles, spin, and pace to put your opponent under pressure.

🔵 Finish Zone: Close the point with a smart, decisive finish.

Great players don’t just hit the ball—they understand court position, shot selection, and purpose.

🎾 A PRODUCTIVE WEEK AT PATTERSON LAKES TENNIS CLUB! 🎾

It’s been a productive week behind the scenes, with our committee meeting with Tennis Victoria to participate in the Thriving Tennis Communities program.

Thriving Tennis Communities is a framework designed to help tennis clubs strengthen governance, plan for sustainable growth and build even stronger connections within their local community.

It was a great opportunity to look at where our club is today, where we want to go and how we can continue building a strong and thriving tennis community here in Patterson Lakes.

🏆 Final comp day was a great success for Patterson Lakes Tennis Club!

🥇Congratulations to Coach Luke, who took out the A Grade Men's Singles title.

🥈Luke and Brad also finished with an A Grade Men's Doubles medal. Unfortunately, the draw had to be suspended due to time constraints, but as the top-seeded pair, they were awarded a medal.

🎾🏆 Medal Success for Patterson Lakes Tennis Club in Bendigo! 🏆🎾

🥇 Congratulations to Riley, who won the B Grade Men's Singles, taking home the Gold Medal.

🥈 Congratulations also to Blake and Thirdy, who were runners-up in the Under 15 Boys Doubles, earning a Silver Medal.

👏 The action isn't over yet! Brad and Coach Luke are back on court tomorrow.
