Oh, what a night! It was AWESOME having Team Finland, Team USA, Team QLD and Ma’am Katherine from CSD out for class at Dynamic Self Defence tonight!

The Dojang was brimming with energy, and 41 Hapkidoists on the mats made for an excellent class!

The DSD students enjoyed meeting and reuniting with students from other schools, and everyone was buzzing at the end!

An excellent day of training today at the Sun Bae at Complete Self Defence. We worked through Grandmaster’s dynamic knife system, syllabus techniques and multiple grabs. It was great having some of the international family on the mats as well!

The day ended with a Degree Test, which made it even more special!

Looking forward to the Hell Week starting tomorrow. It’s not too late to come along and it’s timed perfectly with school holidays!

Red Belts and above! Don’t miss the Sun Bae on Sunday. Senior mat time with Grandmaster, opportunities for signatures as well as tweaking your techniques! Starts 10am.

Hell Week starts Monday. Syllabus techniques in depth, signature opportunities, plenty of mat time with Grandmaster and Black Belts! Monday will be Kick day! Doors open 9am.

Bring in anything flexible from home and learn how to use this as a weapon. Think everyday items, items you carry in your pockets or school bags, things you might have on your desk. The more creative the better!

And just a reminder to bring in your IHA Passport for Grandmaster to sign if you are attending the seminar!
