What a great honour it was to have Ken Griffin, CEO of AUSactive visit Paradise Fitness this week.

The club and its members put on a special workout class so Ken could get a true feel of the energy and community spirit that makes Paradise Fitness so special.

AUSactive is Australia's peak industry body for health and fitness and Ken's leadership is instrumental in guiding policy and promotion of healthier and more active lifestyles.

He and Paradise Fitness' founder Paul Brown recently joined forces along with several other health and fitness leaders in Canberra to advise our government on ways to improve exercise participation levels, something Paul has specialised in globally for over three decades.

In just three weeks, Team Paradise will head to Sydney for the AUSactive National Awards with the club and its team are finalists in three categories.

Oh what a night!

Our Christmas in July Trivia Night at Paradise Fitness Clubs raising much needed funds for Breast Cancer Research was a massive success.
A.packed-out room laughed and cheered throughout the night and there were many happy winners thanks to our amazing prize sponsors.

Winning team was Breast Bankers but as they say, everyone in attendance was a winner.
Shout out to our many members who jumped into action to clean up after the night was done. It saved us a seedy Sunday. We love you.
