💥💥GYM CLOSURE💥💥
TONIGHTS 6.15PM CLASS US CANCELLED. APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE

08/07/2026

Let me make this clear.
If I find that any of our members attend any of this crap, you will no longer be a member of our gym.
Remember fule 4 of the gym,
NO FIGHTING OUTSIDE THE GYM.

Understand this, if you attend and participate, or attend and watch, you condone this. Our gym is not, will not and will never support it. If that is what you think combat sports is about, you dont belong with us.

Make no mistake lads and ladettes, I do not care who you are, you will be told to leave.

Take this as your first, last and only warning.

We condemn this garbage and there will be NO second chances with me on this.

08/07/2026

Lads and ladettes,
The gym will be closed tomorrow morning for the 0930 session.
It will be open for the 615pm Mels madness session.
TIA

So tonight we had Jake at Battle in the Hills 4.
Really good bout against a tough opponent.
Jake did well and listened to the corner.
He come away with the win and he showed why he belongs in the ring.
