1 wk to go! Don’t miss this beautiful afternoon, it’s going to be very special. 3 sessions, 3 incredible harpists, each session offers an opportunity for complete immersion and enjoyment of the therapeutic, meditative & reflective qualities of the harp. Afternoon tea included! Mats will be provided, just bring a small pillow. I’m so excited to facilitate the guided meditation for the first session of the afternoon, accompanied by the harp. I’m absolutely in L🩷VE with avocados at the moment. They are in season and this beauty cost 50c what a gift🩷
🌿The view from my office🩷Winter morning in the rainforest. 15degrees the sun is shining, it’s a beautiful day to have the privilege of working. When you change your perspective on what you “have” to do to what you “get” to do in every aspect of life, you realise that every moment is an incredible gift and blessing 🙏🏽
Sharing a special moment with this family. Seeing them made my heart sing as loud as the birds in the forest. I’m always so happy and grateful to see them when they visit our garden for food. We’ve had a long wet season and there’s a smorgasbord of greens on offer here!
