There has been a fair bit of movement on the ladders, trap 2 saw to that! The race for jackets is far from over and there are a lot of shooters in the running.

Round 4 done! Thank you Nepean CTC for a great day. Equipment ran perfectly, clays disappeared and the weather was on our side. The canteen did a great job and the bacon and egg rolls were a hit in the morning. It was a fantastic day of competition and really good to see some new faces on the winners list.

Squads are live for Nepean

New record! Previous attendance record for Nepean CTC was 139 set in 2015. We are only 6 short of setting an all time round 4 record.
I was at Nepean Clay Target Club (inc.) today and they are 99% ready to go. Trap 2 could probably do with some paint.... I accidently patterned my gun on the front of it. 20/80
No money in the budget for models so we had Graeme Boyd on the catwalk showing off the sashes.

This Saturday, get your noms in. Thank you to Dan Cleary of DRC Imports for sponsoring junior prizes. Terry Preston and cronies will be celebrating his 60th birthday the night before so it looks like MCC Clay Target Club won't be in the running for the teams event due to sore heads. Should be a good day.

The SEZ School Championship was hotly contested at Frankston Australian Clay Target Club today. Winners and place getters will represent the SEZ at Vic State School Championship 7th Sept at Echuca Clay Target Club Inc.
It never ceases to amaze me how many talented juniors we have in this zone. It is such a priviledge to be a part of an organisation that is focused on junior participation and development.

There are lots of pics from the comp but for now here is a quick post to acknowledge the winners.
