Pakenham Power teams played their final tournament of the season yesterday with our 13’s coming away with a grand final win. Congratulations to all our players this season who have represented Pakenham Power we are very proud of the way in which you have represented our Association and have loved watching you enjoy your netball.

We absolutely loved our day with you. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces returning, while also welcoming plenty of new NETFITTERS into the family.

At the end of every clinic, we ask our players what their favourite part of the day was, and today there was a clear winner… our Commonwealth Games workshop.

We were incredibly lucky to have Mwai Kumwenda leading this workshop.

With the upcoming 2026 Commonwealth Games just weeks away, Mwai shared what it’s really like to represent Malawi on the world stage, living in the athletes’ village, competing against the world’s best, and proudly wearing her country’s colours. Hearing those stories firsthand was such a special experience for our players and one they’ll remember for a long time.

The other highlight was match play, where everyone had the opportunity to put the day’s learning into action. From centre passes to baseline throw-ins and team strategies, it was fantastic to watch the players confidently apply what they’d practised throughout the day.

Thank you again for another fantastic clinic. We hope you all continue to enjoy your school holidays, and we can’t wait to see you again soon!

Pakenham Netball Association are excited to announce that Jana Louw from our Pakenham Power Representative 15U team has been selected for NV Talent Academy Central East Trials from last month’s Association Champ tournament. The PNA Committee along with Jana’s coaches where she has represented Pakenham Power in both Under 13’s and Under 15’s are incredibly proud of this achievement ❤️💙
