The day has finally arrived - tonight the Cardinia Motor Recreation & Education Complex received the formal development plan approval! This complex is set to be a new landmark for Australia and a fantastic addition to the region for a variety of sporting disciplines. Thank you to everyone who shared their support, we hope you are all as excited as us - more to come!

WE ARE BACK!
Sorry we have been MIA lately the team has been busy working behind the scenes, however to make up for this we have shared one of the final exclusive overview images of the complex!

Council are now receiving feedback on our submission of the Development Plan that overlays the entire site, simply put, it shows the general precinct locations within the complex.

We would love to share with council the public’s support in relation to the Development Plan, you can do so via the google form below - which includes the Development Plan overview.

Following on from this we will release further detailed images and drawings of what will be included within each precinct (such as where the drag straight will be), but more importantly we can commence construction onsite!

Thank you all for your interest and messages asking for updates. Just to let you know we are still here and working away at the final plan for the complex.
Here is a sneak peak at an overview looking in from McGregor Rd, which in the future will be the new Koo Wee Rup Bypass intersecting with the Thompsons Rd upgrade.
We will have another update for you mid-year with final plans for this exciting new complex! :)

As promised here is a sneak peek at the latest artist impression of this exciting new complex! This is still a draft however our consultants are working towards having a final site plan ready late February :)

EXCITING NEWS:
Cardinia council has formally closed tonight's meeting agreeing to sell the land at 335 McGregor Rd, Pakenham! Thank you to everyone for their support to date. Watch this space for updates during the planning permit process :)

Council will be making a final decision this coming Monday the 23rd of July at the Council Chambers 20 Siding Avenue Officer at 7pm. If you would like to come past and share your support please do! We will let everyone know the outcome on Monday :)
