Congratulations John, Eli and Allegra!

A fantastic effort from our Rules of Running athletes competing at the Mackay Triathlon Festival today!

John back doing what he loves and putting together another great triathlon.

Eli taking on the run leg of his team’s triathlon relay, stepping up and doing his part to help his team get across the finish line. Fantastic to see him taking on the challenge and giving it a great crack!

And a special mention to Allegra, who took a fall during her race but showed plenty of determination to get back up and finish what she started. That kind of resilience is something to be proud of!

So proud of all three of you for getting out there, having a go and giving it your best!

8th in Australia at the All Schools National Cross Country in Sydney!

On an incredibly tough course where not everyone made it to the finish line, you held your nerve, stayed composed and battled all the way to the end. What an achievement!

Congratulations also to the Queensland team on taking home the silver medal in the Teams Challenge!

We, Coach and your crew are so incredibly proud of everything you have achieved already this year, Ivy. You continue to show what hard work, resilience and belief can produce.

And there is still so much more to come!
