Having been in at WAFL level for over 4 years, I have gained valuable knowledge on how to become a fitter and healthier person. If you’re already in amazing shape, I can take you further with my innovative training techniques. I’m an easy going person who enjoys a laugh, but am strict when it comes to getting results. There is nothing more important to me than to keep my clients on track so they can achieve their goals within a desired timeline whilst keeping it fun! I have a fully functional studio set up at my home in Padbury. This way you can avoid the overcrowding, highly priced commercial gyms and feel comfortable in this private environment. I pride myself in having successfully changed the lives of many people over the two years I have been in personal training.
