JULY MEMBER OF THE MONTH - BRAYDAN ❤️💙

Braydan made the move from Adelaide to Perth earlier this year, and since joining F45 Ossie Park he’s embraced everything our community is about.

He’s discovered a new love for HYROX and has become someone everyone loves training alongside. Always quick with a laugh, always encouraging members around him, and always finding a way to make the toughest workouts a little more enjoyable.

When he’s not in the studio, you’ll find him working as a support worker, where his kindness and caring nature shine just as brightly. ✨

Braydan, thank you for the positivity, genuine care and occasional bit of attitude 👀🤣 you bring to the studio. We’re so grateful to have you as part of our F45 Osborne Park family. 🥰
