July was a big month for first time winning owners! Properata gave 26 owners their first win, while Eightyseven Lad gave 23 owners a reason to cheer and Deepest Desire had 21 owners smiling ear to ear.

Every horse in the Southern Hemisphere officially turns a year older on 1 August, and Perth Racing is celebrating the occasion at Belmont Park tomorrow.
Complimentary carrot cake will be available in all member areas including the Placid Ark Room. Industry participants can also enjoy carrot cake in the Parade Ring Bar.
