INTERSCHOOL VOLLEYBALL

Our Open Boys and Open Girls teams represented OCS so well at the Interschool Volleyball competition.

While they may not have come away with a win, their skill, dedication and sportsmanship were evident throughout the competition. We’re incredibly proud of the way they represented our school.

A big thank you to Canobolas High School for hosting us and providing such a great opportunity for our students to compete.

CSSA SECONDARY STATE ATHLETICS

Our Secondary students are at the CSSA State Athletic competition today after an early start this morning!

They’re ready to represent OCS, compete alongside students from across the region and give it their best.

We’re cheering you on from Orange! Wishing all our competitors a fantastic day and the very best of luck.

INTERSCHOOLS NETBALL GALA DAY

Our Stage 4 girls have taken to the court and are giving it their all! Our Stage 5 girls are up next and ready to get stuck in.

We’re pumped for some short, sharp games despite the horrendous weather!

Great job, girls, for bringing the energy today.

CSSA PRIMARY ATHLETICS RESULTS ARE IN!
What a fantastic effort from our students at CSSA Primary Athletics! Many PBs were broken, and we are so proud of the determination and effort shown across the competition.

Here are our students who finished in the Top 10 in their respective events:

3rd – 100m
3rd – Long Jump

Ainslie – 12 Years
4th – Shot Put

Leah – 11 Years
5th – Shot Put

Ruben – 12 Years

Tiah – 10 Years

The Top 4 progress through to the CIS Primary Athletics Championships in a couple of weeks!

A special congratulations to Jacob, Ruben and Ainslie, who have earned their place in the next round.

CSSA PRIMARY STATE ATHLETICS

Today, we’re cheering on 20 of our Primary students as they head off to compete at the CSSA Primary State Athletics Carnival!

We wish each of them the very best as they take on their track and field events. We’re incredibly proud of their dedication, effort and sportsmanship.

Please join us in praying for safe travels there and back, and for a wonderful day of competition and fellowship.

TODD WOODBRIDGE CUP

Our Stage 3 students recently represented OCS at the Todd Woodbridge Cup tennis competition.

The students had a fantastic day, improving their skills, encouraging one another and enjoying the opportunity to represent our school. They showed great sportsmanship throughout the competition and were wonderful ambassadors for OCS.

Thank you to the staff and parents who supported our students and helped make the day such a positive experience.

We are thankful for the fun, friendships and memories made, and pray for safe travels home for everyone involved.

CSSA PRIMARY NETBALL GALA DAY

Today, OCS proudly entered three teams in the CSSA Primary Netball Gala Day: our Year 5/6 Girls, Year 3/4 Girls, and Year 5/6 Boys teams.

Each team showed great improvement throughout the day, demonstrating teamwork, perseverance, and encouragement both on and off the court. Most importantly, they were wonderful sports and represented our school with respect and integrity.

A big thank you to the parents who came along to support and cheer on our students. Your encouragement means so much to our teams.

We pray for safe travels home for everyone after a fantastic day of netball.

FAR WEST ZONE ATHLETICS CARNIVAL
