This year, we’re saying “Do it anyway!” Small steps for your health still count even when life feels busy, messy, or imperfect. You don't have to do it perfectly to make a big difference, and your local leisure centre is here to help you hit your weekly movement, strength, and recovery goals.

🤸‍♂️ To Move: Chip away at your moderate activity goals with gentle pool laps or a fun water aerobics class.
💪 To Strengthen: Build muscle at your own pace in the health club or join a guided Pump class.
🧘‍♀️ To Rest & Recover: Lower stress, stretch tired muscles, and improve your sleep quality with a Yoga or Pilates session.

We believe every woman in our community deserves access to quality health and wellness support. That’s why we’re proud to run an accessible 4 week Women's Health Program, offering practical education, hands on strength training, and recovery tools designed to support you at your own pace.

A little look back at the TCXPO event this weekend 📸🙌

The centre was buzzing, and it was great to see so many people getting involved!💙

We are incredibly proud to recognise one of our dedicated lifeguards and local squad elite swimmer, Daniel, for his exceptional achievements at the recent swimming competition held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre on 4–5 July. 🏊‍♂️

Competing across multiple events, Daniel delivered an outstanding performance, earning an impressive collection of medals and achieving several personal bests (PBs) throughout the meet. 🥇

Multi-Class (MC) Events:

50m Backstroke – 2nd place (3.52 PB)
100m Butterfly – 2nd place (7.25 PB)
50m Breaststroke – 2nd place (2.20 PB)
100m Freestyle – 3rd place
50m Freestyle – 3rd place (0.51 PB)
100m Backstroke – 2nd place
50m Butterfly – 2nd place
100m Breaststroke – 4th place
Daniel also competed in two able-bodied events, where he achieved remarkable results:

800m Freestyle – 10th place (8.40 PB) and an Australian Record
1500m Freestyle – 5th place (20.12 PB) and an Australian Record
Daniel’s commitment, resilience, and determination both in and out of the pool continue to inspire everyone around him. Balancing his role as a lifeguard with the demands of elite competition is no small feat, and his achievements are a testament to the hard work he puts in every single day.

Today marked a very special milestone, this little legend's first ever Little Kickers session! 🌟

Looking for a fun way to get your little one active and build confidence? The Little Kickers Program runs right here at our centre, offering engaging football classes for children aged 18 months to 8 years.

Through imaginative games and age appropriate activities, kids develop coordination, teamwork, listening skills, and a love of being active, all while having a blast! 🙌

From the pool to the pitch! 🏊‍♀️

A massive congratulations to our swim instructor Rachel, who spent her July holidays in St. Petersburg, Florida, competing at the College Soccer Prospects National Women's ID Showcase! ⚽

Over 3 days of learning, training and gameplay, this camp was an opportunity for her to see inside college sports life and compete against the 'best of the best', opening doors for Rachel's future opportunities.
