KINETIC CHAIN COORDINATION
I am using 20kg kettlebell. while pushing KB, it challenges functional strength, shoulder stability, core control and coordination. It works the chest, shoulders, triceps, serratus anterior, rotator cuff, forearms and core while resisting unwanted movement. Great for functional fitness, strength training, athletic performance, stability and movement control.
Weights build strength. Plyometrics build power.
If you only do traditional weight training, you may be missing an important part of athletic performance: explosive power.
Add plyometric exercises, jump training and explosive movements to your strength training to train your body to produce force quickly.
Battle rope + kettlebell drag = a serious test of grip strength, core stability, pulling strength, legs and full-body power.
Not every workout needs to be about lifting heavier in the traditional way. Sometimes you just need to challenge your body differently.
RDL for stronger glutes 🍑💪
The Romanian Deadlift (RDL) is one of my go-to exercises for glute growth, hamstrings and posterior-chain strength.
Focus on:
✅ Push your hips back
✅ Keep the bar close
✅ Control the lowering phase
✅ Drive your hips forward to finish
Don’t just lift the weight—control the movement and own the stretch.
How wall sit can strengthen your leg without going to gym.
Romanian Deadlift (RDL)explained
The Barbell Romanian Deadlift (RDL) is one of the best exercises for building stronger hamstrings, while improving your hip hinge and overall athletic performance. Keep a slight bend in your knees, brace your core, and push your hips back to feel a deep stretch through the posterior chain before driving your hips forward to stand tall. Focus on controlled movement instead of heavy weight to maximize muscle activation and reduce injury risk. Add the barbell RDL to your leg day, hamstring workout, strength training, muscle building, powerlifting, and functional fitness routine for impressive results.
