Child & baby friendly… because I get it.

I’m a mum of 3. I understand kids get sick, some aren’t at school yet, some homeschool, maybe they’re still really little or sometimes kids just need the day off.. but mums still deserve to move & feel good about themselves.

My goal is to take away a barrier for you in taking a step toward your health and fitness goals.

Kids aren’t a barrier, really. But sometimes having someone to mind them is. They can come, hang out, colour in, read, play with toys, ride the bike, build a cubby house or even join in if you feel it’s ok. They can snack, I have a vacuum for the crumbs. We can worry about the mess later. They’re safe, there’s nowhere they can go that you can’t see them and the only entrance/exit remains locked until we leave.

Take 45 minutes for you 🙏🏽
