Well today was the closure of the final chapter. All of the equipment is out, the building has been painted and the keys handed back.

Thankyou everyone for your support over the last 5 years You guys got me through some rough spots.

On to the next chapter.

Well Thats it, officially the end of an Era,

Thankyou to every single person that has made TotalFit Ipswich what it was over the last 5 and a bit years,

To all of the friends that have come and gone over the years thankyou, It was a hard desicion to close it but with rising costs it was no longer sustainable.

I am so proud of what every single person that came through the doors achieved, the little goals that you achieved when you thought you couldn't, the triumphs of beating your own obstacles.

Whilst I am going to miss training you im sure your not going to miss the torture.

Thankyou again everyone and im sorry i couldn't keep it open.

This is the hardest decision I have had to make in a long time.

Saturday 15th of October will be the last class as Totalfit Ipswich,

From the bottom of my heart thankyou to all of the members and trainers, from the ones that have been there since the start, to the ones that came for a short while.

The community that has been built is so amazing and I am so proud of how far you have all come, Unfortunately due to rising costs I can no longer sustain the buisness.

I will miss the interactions, the abuse and the looks of triumph on your faces when you acheive the things you didnt think you could.

It's not goodbye just see you later.
