It's been a busy month onsite at Arbor with our kerb and channel works now commenced. Installation of conduits for potable and recycled water, electricity, gas and optic fibre also now approaching
completion.

Fantastic to see our estate well under construction in Stage 2 with 90% of our sewer and drainage works now complete.
While our Stage 4 is also underway with 35% of the bulk earthworks now completed.

Works are under way! The old home has been demolished and the clearing of trees to make way for our civil construction is in full swing!

🚧 Construction Update:

Arbor is pleased to announce the civil works contract for Stages 1, 2 and 5 has been awarded to Lojac Civil. Lojac Civil have a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential developments, including Lakeside at Berwick, Brompton Lodge, and the new Bloom, and are committed to environmentally sustainable construction practices – which make them a great fit with Arbor. We are currently working with Council on a few final approvals before construction begins.
