This month we are hosting a Demo Night at Portside Osborne Park, come through and test out our Scarpa models. Portside Youth Festival is back, and this year we’re heading to O’Connor!

Our biggest day of youth climbing returns on Saturday 24 October, bringing together climbers aged 8–17 for a full day of climbing, community and fun. We’re excited to welcome guest setters Amanda Miller and Tim Chin, who’ll be setting fresh boulders for festival day.

This year, we’ve split the event into two competition formats:

🦗Social Pumpfest (U11–U15)
Self-scored, no judges. A relaxed, social comp focused on participation, climbing with friends, prizes and podiums.

🏆 World Cup Format (U15–U19)
Timed and manually judged. Climb through a qualification round, with the top 6 in each category advancing to finals for a taste of World Cup-style competition.

U15 climbers can choose either format, depending on the type of competition experience they’d like.

Expect fresh climbs, great prizes, face painting, a bakesale, BBQ and more happening throughout the day.
