It’s certainly not going to be a fast or easy course - but it might just be one of the most spectacular ones you will never forget⛰️☀️

☀️ Sunday long ride! 🚴♀️🚴♂️
A strong 100km ride in fabulous weather, with plenty of big events on the horizon - 70.3 World Champs in Nice 🇫🇷, Ironman Port Macquarie and Around the Bay in October. 💪
And then there’s our young newbie Noah, who smashed it again and somehow made 100km with the oldies look like an easy Sunday spin! 😂👏
A flat for Mark along the way, but a quick fix and he was back on the road with the crew🎉
Great weather, great company, and of course some very important coffee and food before heading home ☕️
