❤️🖤 U18 SL GRAND FINAL 🖤❤️

What a battle from our U18s! 👏⚽️

After going 2–1 down, the boys showed incredible character, finding a late equaliser with just two minutes to play to make it 2–2 and force extra time.

They then dominated large periods of the additional 30 minutes, creating chances and pushing right to the final whistle. Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be, with Lindfield eventually taking the win on penalties.

A heartbreaking way to finish, but what an effort from this group. They fought for each other, never gave up and left absolutely everything on the pitch. ❤️🖤

So proud of you boys. What a season! 👏👏

Our incredible Fun Day coaches are gearing up for Session 3 and, despite a very busy morning, the smiles are still going strong! 🙌

They’ve been running games, penalty shootouts, inflatable fun and plenty of football for our U6s — and most importantly, making sure the kids are having an absolute blast. ⚽️🎉

A huge thank you to our amazing coaching team for bringing so much energy, enthusiasm and fun to the day!

🏆 FROM NORTHBRIDGE JUNIOR TO PREMIER LEAGUE GRAND FINAL PLAYER OF THE MATCH 🔴⚪

What an incredible achievement for Alex Hirunsook, who was named NSFA Men’s Premier League Grand Final Player of the Match following his outstanding performance in goal. 🧤🔥

Alex has been part of the Northbridge family since he was just 9 years old, coming through our Academy and playing across the age groups before making his way into our Men’s Premier League First Grade side.

To see one of our own come all the way through the club and then produce a Player of the Match performance on the biggest stage is something pretty special. ❤️🤍

A huge congratulations, Alex — you’ve done yourself and Northbridge incredibly proud!

🏆 U18 Div3 - GRAND FINALISTS! 🔴⚪

It wasn’t the result we wanted on Saturday, with our boys going down 5–2 in the Grand Final, but they can still look back on an incredible season with plenty to be proud of.

And if there’s one game that will live long in the memory, it’s the semi-final. Coming back from 3–0 down at half-time to defeat the top team in the league 4–3 on a golden goal… now that was something special! 🤯🔥

The Grand Final may not have gone our way, but these boys earned their place on that pitch and walked away with a Grand Final medal. 🥈

Congratulations to the players and coaches on a fantastic season. Hold your heads high — that semi-final comeback alone gave us a moment we’ll never forget. ❤️🤍
