I used to think I had to do it all.

Keep every ball in the air. Keep every cup full. Keep moving, achieving, helping, fixing, even when my own cup was completely empty.

Then someone asked me…

“What season of life are you in?”

And honestly, it made me stand still for a moment.

Maybe the answer isn’t to keep trying to balance everything.

Maybe it’s to recognise the season you’re in, honour what it’s asking of you, and stop fighting what you can’t change.

Because you don’t have to have it all at once 🤍
