Hey Last Rounders,
An extra boxing class whilst the challenge is on, 6pm Thursday nights. So if you want to get a sweat up and burn a few extra calories whilst learning some new skills, then this is for you.
Hey Challenge crew, my lunch is pretty plain, but for me I need the calories so it’s just fuel for the furnace.
When you need to eat a large amount of clean food, it’s actually quite tough to do it with whole foods, compared to filling your meals with processed junk.
So I’m sure based on the breakie examples we have some more tasty lunch options. Let’s see them 💪
Hey Last Rounders,
The Challenge is underway and points are up for grabs. Check out this week’s bonus points.

The Simple Rule
If it’s a highly processed food that you’re eating primarily as a treat, dessert or snack for pleasure rather than nourishment, leave it out for the week.
NB Food diary will be checked at the end of the week if you want to collect this weeks 5 bonus points.
Air fried potatoes low fat low sugar protein shakes/bars are ok. If you miss a day no bonus points. Low cal ice cream is a treat, ditch it this week. Home made Pizza/burgers with fresh ingredients and limited processed ingredients are ok. No processed meats.
Let’s see who wants the points. 💪
Hey Last Rounders,
The Best You Challenge is about to kick off and this time we are doing things a little different.
There is a point score system in place to reward not only the outcome, but also the process.
Points will be accumulated over the length of the challenge as described in the clip.
Now before you start clocking them up over the weekend, we won’t start counting until Monday. Half the group are scanning tomorrow so it wouldn’t be fair to get a head start.
The bonus round task for this week will be posted tomorrow.💪
