Fish oil or Krill oil? In the end it doesn’t matter. Excellent dietary tips from an overall fat loss perspective in this video - not just for love handles. Have a watch. As they say, abs are made in the kitchen, not just the gym. Also reinforces the fact that weight training and resistance training is overall better for you rather than just doing cardio like a madman.
One thing I disagree with however - don’t do HIIT after a weight training workout. Or even in the same day. You’ll end up wasting the good effects of both. If you really need extra thermic burn, just do weights fasted and eat after a couple of hours.
