I had the pleasure of assisting this 17 year kid over the phone today at his first power lifting meet. Unfortunately I couldn't make it as much as I would of loved to be there.
I met him Friday arvo & we went over a few things to give him a little bit of confidence for the day & man he did a awesome job 💪🏽💪🏽
He got a mention about how good his technique was 👌🏼 which he has achieved this on his own 💯
Joshua & his family travelled all the way from Chinchilla on Friday also.
He totalled a massive 582.5kg
Weighed in at 106kg
Squat 225kg in sleeves
Bench 127.5kg
Dead 230kg
1st place in the under 120kg
