ed in 2014, Team Justagirl was born after founder and host Tracey “Skip” Tito was diagnosed with cancer. Faced with a moment that changed everything, Skip made the decision to live fully, chase what inspired her, and have more fun. That choice sparked the creation of Team Justagirl — and the rest is history. Get Hooked with Team Justagirl is Australia’s first all-female sportfishing TV series, showcasing women and their love of fishing while challenging the outdated idea that fishing is a male-only sport. We’re proving that women can steer their own boats, reverse their own trailers and fish on their own terms. The show now airs in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, with episodes available on Channel 44, Channel 31, CTV+, and online worldwide. All episodes are also available on our YouTube channel, making Get Hooked accessible to audiences everywhere. Fishing Trips with Skip is the sister venture to Team Justagirl and an extension of what you see on screen. These trips give women the opportunity to fish alongside Skip, build confidence, learn new skills and become part of the Get Hooked community. The Fishing Trips with Skip series is also featured on CTV+, bringing real on-the-water experiences to life. Beyond the screen, you’ll find Team Justagirl on the water, at local boat ramps, boating and fishing shows, hosted event nights with Pacific Marine, and fishing tournaments around Australia. The FTWS Montebello adventure has begun, well almost! 🛬

Jennifer, Andi and I touched down in Perth yesterday and made a day of it — wandered the gorgeous old laneways, poked through antique shops, and yep, stopped for a cheeky cocktail with a view over the river. 🍹 And of course the pink luggage made its grand entrance, riding the bell cart like royalty. 💗

Tomorrow we meet Ali and Nicki at the airport and fly out to Exmouth, where the boat's waiting and the proper adventure begins. Five days, the Montebello Islands, seven awesome women and me.

These trips were never just about the fishing, it's about taking a few days off life and having a bloody good time. Watch this space! 🎣
