The beautiful Relle Hart, sister of one of our F45 Coffs Harbour long time members, has been selected to represent Australia in the Women’s 40s Australian Emus Touch Football Team 🇦🇺
Relle will be heading to Japan this October to compete at the Asia Pacific Seniors Touch Cup — an incredible achievement and something she, her family and our local community should be enormously proud of.
We’d LOVE our F45 Coffs Harbour community to get behind Relle and help send her to Japan! 🙌
