Have you tried jumping on the reformer? 🦘
The jumpboard clips onto the end of the reformer, turning it into a springboard you jump from while lying on your back. It feels like play, but there’s a lot going on.
Here’s what it’s great for:
✨ Power without the pounding. You get the springy, explosive action of jumping with none of the hard landings, so it’s kind to knees, ankles and hips.
✨ Heart rate up. A few minutes of jumping gets the cardio going in a way most reformer work doesn’t.
✨ Strong feet and ankles. Every push-off works your arches, calves and ankles through their full range, building control from the ground up.
✨ Coordination and rhythm. Timing your breath, core and legs together is a skill, and it carries into everything from running to chasing kids…
✨ A bridge back to impact. Coming back from an injury or haven’t jumped in years? The jumpboard is a gentle way to rebuild confidence before taking it upright.
We love jumping, come try it with us! 💪
