MEET SARAH 👋🏼🤍

We’re so excited to welcome Sarah H to the KX Pilates Noosa team.

Her teaching style? Supportive, fun and just the right amount of spice 🌶️

When she’s not at KX Pilates, you’ll find her riding one of her three horses, spending time with family and friends, travelling (with Maps permanently open 🗺️😂) or trying not to demolish an entire bag of chips.

Her favourite moves? Light lunging series and pull-ups on the power bar 🔥

She'll be teaching Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings, so book a class and say hi.
