You jumped on board the Bio Fit train in early 2021 also and have been a regular early AM class attendee. We love your banter and regular injuries, especially when you squashed your finger between 2 DB’s or when you did the throwdown which included 100 pushups and you contacted me a few days later thinking you needed to go to hospital due to the severity of your muscle soreness.

Congrats Kyal Walton Kyal Walton

You started with Bio Fit in April 2023 and have become a key part of the 5:30am Strength class, I think it’s fair to say of these 1000 sessions maybe 3 have been conditioning classes!

Your regular strength attendance has resulted in some pretty impressive numbers on the barbell. I don’t know the official numbers but I reckon you are right at the top of the list for best power to weight ratio at Bio Fit 💪💪

We know you don’t love the spotlight so we will keep it short, well done on achieving this milestone you should be very proud.

Cheers to the new dad’s, the old dad’s, the soon to be dad’s, the desperate to be dad’s, and the dad’s no longer with us.

We have so many outstanding Dad’s at Bio Fit and it’s amazing watching you all go about being great dad’s, I’m inspired by many of you.

I’ve been lucky enough to live a very privileged life, and my greatest achievement is having the opportunity to be Dad, to my two boys. 🖤🖤
