This picture is from many moons ago when I first began Exercise Coaching. I look a lot younger and life asks much more of me these days.
Now, with much time in the saddle meeting life's challenges, I love coaching others into clarity, to realise more of what they want out of life and to be the version of themselves that fully aligns with their values. I am so grateful to be regularly having exciting conversations with people, about what they really value and what they want to achieve.

One of the key things I have learnt about coaching (exercise, climbing or life),........ it is largely about keeping a persons attention, on what they say their intention is.
A goal is like a trip plan, without one, we don't know where we're going......
