We’re on the lookout for an energetic, passionate trainer/coach to join the Rumble Newstead team.

At Rumble, we combine boxing + strength across 10 high-energy rounds for a seriously fun, sweat-dripping HIIT experience 💦🔥

You don’t need to be the finished product, we’ll train you in the Rumble system.
You bring the presence, work ethic, and passion. We’ll teach you the Rumble way 🙌

What we’re looking for:
• Big energy + strong people skills 🤝
• Confident building rapport and remembering names
• Ability to motivate, read the room, and push when it counts 📣
• Solid fitness foundation (demo + move with members) 💪
• Coaching awareness with regressions/progressions
• Clear, confident communication and cues 🎯
• Strong time management in a fast-paced class
• Commitment to delivering Rumble programming + playlists 🎶
• Focus on technique, safety, and an epic member experience ⭐️

Qualifications: Minimum Cert III in Fitness 📚
