-24 from Ireland 🇮🇪
-Moved to Australia a year and a half ago. FRESH AF to Brissy, so be sure to share all your favourite recommendations! 😉
-Started CrossFit when he was 15!
-Started coaching after he finished studying physics in uni & have been coaching for the last 3 years
-Competed in Italy, Norway and at TorianPro this year 🤩
