Tomorrow the Mayor Cr Cindy Madeley - Coastal Ward, Wellington Shire Council will be cutting the ribbon and following this we will be celebrating the 100th Birthday of this amazing machine.

Make sure you are there before 11am to not miss out on anything!

Please note if attending tomorrows open day, Display vehicle entry is via the main entrance off Maffra/Sale Rd, from 8.30 am. Visitor parking is through the second entrance off Railway Place as per pic. Thanks.

100 years ago today 11630, Maffra's Golden Roller rolled out of the Aveling Factory in Rochester, Kent, England, and was bundled up for shipping to Australia!

Happy Birthday to this magnificent machine!

Come and celebrate with us this Sunday, 30th August at the Gippsland Vehicle Collection. We will be cutting the cake and sharing with you around 11.30 am.

The roller wont be in steam, as it is on display until late October.
