🎮 We have an old school arcade machine in the gym
And weirdly… it’s become a huge hit 😂
We’ve had parents bringing their kids in just to experience the games they grew up with. It’s been one of those unexpectedly awesome little community things.
💪 We run Strength Sessions — our version of semi-private PT
This isn’t a “everyone do the same workout” style class like most places run.
Everyone has their own individualised program based on THEIR body, injuries, goals and fitness level — while still training in a supportive group environment.
