Nettyheads SQUAD- Train for Trials – Term 3, 2026

Designed for dedicated netballers aged 11–14 years, playing any position, who are currently part of Development Squads, Representative Teams or Squads, or are aspiring to reach these levels (competing at A grade club).

This exclusive 5-week program offers the opportunity to train with Advanced Accredited Coach Nat Hilder, alongside NSW & Australian Aboriginal representative player Acacia Elers and NSW & ACT shooting star Sienna Liva.

Term 3 will focus on strength and conditioning, specialist positional work, and advanced netball skill development, all tailored to help you prepare for upcoming representative and development squad trials. Over five weeks, athletes will build strength, improve fitness, refine key skills, and develop the confidence needed to perform at their best on trial day.

Designed for enthusiastic netballers aged 8–10 years, playing any position, who are looking to improve their skills, build confidence, and take their game to the next level.

This exciting 5-week program offers the opportunity to train with Advanced Accredited Coach Nat Hilder, alongside NSW & Australian Aboriginal representative player Acacia Elers and NSW & ACT shooting star Sienna Liva.

Term 3 will focus on developing fundamental netball skills through fun, engaging, and challenging training sessions. Players will work on passing, footwork, movement, shooting, decision-making, and game awareness, while building confidence both on and off the court. Over five weeks, athletes will improve their technique, develop stronger game sense, and gain the confidence to perform at their best.
