C PASS SET UP #2 🤍🖤💙

💙 STACK
Put the defence to the same side. Hold your position.

🤍 TIMING
Front player (WA) holds position while acting as a screen and second player (GA) runs out to receive C pass. WA then moves into space down court for second phase play!
Timing + passing = key.

🖤 CLEAR THE TRANSVERSE
Get the traffic out of the middle third to make the transition to the circle easier.

Don’t just focus on the first ball. The second phase makes the C pass a success!

Screens are the best!
