We would say that Newy has done its fair share of these 25,000,000.
We handed out the 25,000,000th finish token at parkrun Australia today — a huge milestone that stretches all the way back to our first ever event at Main Beach parkrun on the Gold Coast, on 2 April 2011. 🌳

Newy parkrun RUN REPORT, Event #683, 11 July 2026
Today we had 514 parkrunners turn out on a misty morning for their parkrun fix. 57 were first timers to Newy - 20 running their first ever parkrun and 37 their first run at Newy.
We can't do it without volunteers which this morning were boosted by 11 pacers provided by the Newcastle Flyers.
