The mornings are getting lighter, the days are getting warmer and we are VERY ready to come out of winter hibernation.
So this September, we’re embracing the shift.

Introducing SPRING SHIFT 🌞
15 classes. 30 days. Build the ritual.

From 1–30 September, we’re challenging you to move more, build some consistency and use that fresh spring energy to create a few rituals you actually want to keep.
Alongside your 15 classes, you’ll set a movement goal + daily ritual to focus on throughout September and carry with you into the rest of the year.

A little sneak peek into what you can expect in our Reformer Sculpt classes.

Sculpt is where we start to turn things up a notch 🔥you can expect a faster flow (no we don’t mean running) as we superset exercises to progressively overload those muscles, and introduce more of the advanced Pilates repertoire to challenge your strength, balance and endurance.

But advanced doesn’t mean you’re thrown straight into the deep end. We layer EVERYTHING.
You’ll start with a strong base movement, then we’ll keep adding progressions depending on your experience, confidence and how your body is feeling that day. You might stay with layer one, or you might work your way through to the full peak pose. Both belong in the class.

Expect one or two moves each class that really challenge your Pilates skills, plenty of strength work that gets spicy, and yes, still plenty of opportunities to lie down 😏

Fun. Effective. Challenging. And designed to help you keep progressing. There’s a reason our Sculpt classes have a bit of a cult following.

It’s time for a very special post for Cherry, who hit 500 classes us a couple of weeks ago 🥹

Cherry, I still remember your very first class at the studio. You were nervous, a little apprehensive and not quite sure what you were getting yourself into. Fast forward 500 classes and you are now well and truly the queen of our Over 55s class 👑

We love to see you pumping out a few sets of push-ups before class starts, and you are true gem to have in class. In your mid-70s, you are such a beautiful reminder that getting stronger doesn’t have an age limit. You truly are an inspiration to us and to so many people around you.

500 classes is a HUGE achievement, Cherry. We are so lucky to have had you as part of our over 55’s community at TPS 🥰😍
