🏏 Junior Training Today

A reminder that Junior Training is on from 4:00pm this afternoon for all age groups.
This will be our last training session before the school holiday break, so we'd love to see as many players there as possible! New training times will be posted for after the school holidays.

Bring your gear, a ball and plenty of water for the afternoon ☀️

Uniform Rollout:
Jackie will be on deck this afternoon starting our uniform distribution for the season. Starting with those who have already ordered a uniform. To help things run smoothly, uniforms will be handed out one age group at a time, so please be patient and wait your turn before heading to the shed.

Important: All uniform collections must be completed by a parent or with a parent present.

See everyone this afternoon for one final hit-out before the holidays! 🏏

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Trivia Night at Casino Golf Club last night! 🏏🧠

After some fierce competition, Angus & the Dowes took out the win, with The Googlies claiming second place after a dramatic best-of-9 rock, paper, scissors showdown against The Number 2's 😅 (and once Raj worked out how the game actually works).

We also learned that Coggo can make a mean paper plane, the Deegan's are capable of pulling out all the stops when there's a bottle of rum on the line and Paige is surprisingly easy to bribe when there's a vending machine nearby and you ask nicely enough 🍫

Could you please check your child’s cricket kit to see if they may have accidentally taken home an extra helmet after training on Monday?

We are looking for a Gray Nicholls navy blue Men’s Large helmet that appears to have gone missing following the session.

All registered Junior, Senior and Women's players should have received an email yesterday containing a player survey.

With strong registration numbers this season, it's important that everyone completes the survey to assist the Committee with team planning, player development and club programs.

While we'll do our best to consider player preferences, survey completion does not guarantee placement in a particular team, age group or grade.

✅ Please check your inbox and complete the survey as soon as possible.

🏏 Junior Training Continues Today! 🏏

Junior training is on today from 4:00pm at Queen Elizabeth Park (QE7 Nets).

✅ All age groups welcome: • 10s • 12s • 14s • 16s

If your child has their own cricket gear, please bring it along, including a cricket ball. If you need equipment, don't worry, just let the team know.

🙋 Parent Volunteers Needed We're looking for parent volunteers across all age groups. If you're able to lend a hand during training, please step up and let our Junior Coordinator, Sam Irvine, know.

👕 Uniform Update Uniform orders will begin being distributed from next Monday.

If you haven't ordered yet and need to try sizes, you can place an order through the website based on your best estimate. If the sizing isn't quite right when you receive it, we'll be able to arrange an exchange.

🏏 RICHMOND v CLARENCE CRICKET CLASSIC 🏏

What a fantastic day of cricket at QE2 as Richmond and Clarence renewed a rivalry that had been dormant for 165 years.

A sincere thank you to everyone from Clarence for making the journey and helping create such a memorable occasion. The match was played in tremendous spirit and showcased the wonderful cricket community we have across this region.

A big thank you also to our umpires, scorers, volunteers and spectators whose efforts helped make the day such a success.

Congratulations to all players who took part, with the game going right down to the final ball in a thrilling finish.

While the result didn't quite fall Richmond's way this time, we're already looking forward to the next chapter of this historic fixture. Hopefully we won't have to wait another 165 years!
