Where do I even start?! What a truly special day 😭
The place I always dreamed to create… To have a safe space filled with girlies who can be themselves no matter who they are or what they look like. I just wanted to help people create a happier and healthier lifestyle to become the best version of themselves.
Yesterday was a huge reminder of that! Thats exactly what LAS is all about. You can just be you. LAS is the place where you can come into feeling a little low or dressed how ever you like and no would ever judge you or make you feel a type of way. You will always be supported through it all, not just by me but by everyone in the room.
I absolutely love what I do. I wouldn’t change it for the world. It’s funny sometimes I come into class feeling pretty low myself but I know I will always leave LAS feeling so much brighter. It’s the highlight to my day, week, month, year. I can’t even go on holidays without having fomo from missing out on spending time with the girls.
I’m so grateful to have such an amazing community who continue to support me on my dream and be apart of something truly special. From every person who has walked through those doors, I’m so thankful you came into my life and been apart of this journey with me.
It’s serendipitous that we have just celebrated 1 year in our Cardiff warehouse when 6 years ago we started here in another gym with 9 girls. It’s crazy how much can change. I was honestly crying yesterday with all the beautiful messages I have received over the last 48 hours. I’m so grateful to have such an amazing support network.
From 2017 Paige who always dreamed of having a gym with a red wall and filled with beautiful souls. I can say it’s everything she dreamed of and so much more 😭😭😭😭
