It is a mixture of both functional cardiovascular and resistance training sessions of 45mins duration.

Forever in awe of these two, and our community!
Training for and competing in Hyrox is an effort in and of itself, but to raise money and awareness for mental illness in process, typifies what Declan and Alinda are about!

They don’t do things in half measures, and as such ranked #1 in the fundraising stakes for ‘Race for Impact’ Sydney.

Shout out to all those that contributed through donations and support along the way, and most importantly congratulations to the super duo, you both continue to inspire and amaze!

Special mention to our favourite mother and son duo too, Vicki Leisner & ; smashing their Hyrox race in incredible fashion!

High achievers don’t wait for or look for motivation, they just do it. Motion creates motivation. If you are going to succeed there are 3 fundamental truths you must understand:
-          We are creatures of habit.
-          We are products of our environment.
-          We are the average of the people we associate most with.

To accomplish goals, you must not leave it to chance that motivation will be present, because as with willpower, motivation is finite. Instead build systems that facilitate success. Systems remove willpower from the equation and set you up for success by means of routine.

Instead of having to remember to pack your joggers every morning, leave them (or a spare pair) in the boot of your car.
Instead of trying to summon the willpower to cook a healthy meal after an exhausting day at work, prepare 5 meals on Sunday, ready to reheat when needed.
