The reciprocal visit by Newcastle Pistol Club took place yesterday and it went off very well and was well received by our guests.
Several have indicated that they will be back to our quiet end of the quarry.
Michael continued on finishing the installation of the new tarpaulin in the background. Thanks very much, it is very effective and will no doubt be used a lot in the upcoming summer and storms.
It was great to see the return of Dave in his new car.
Richard and his sous chef Gail did another great job on the bbq. Two of the Maggie's got a bit pushy but had their appetite satisfied.
Thanks to Andrew also for his hard work as well.

Be aware that there is a working bee on Saturday beginning at 8.30am.
Lunch is provided.
The facilities are for your use and any help is appreciated so please come and help to maintain our great club. Remember that it doesn't magically happen.
If all scheduled jobs are completed, then it will be open for shooting.

A bit of news for all members.
Unfortunately Dustin has decided to resign from the committee.
I and many others will be sad with this news because he has filled the position wonderfully as well as being a wealth of information with the people taking up barebow recurve.
He never refused to help at any time and I thank him for everything that he has done to help me personally.
Good luck with your future travels and you are welcome back anytime.
