Member who scores the fastest time for 20 x Floors on the Stairmaster will be the lucky winner of 2 x Tickets to one of the Newcastle Comedy Festival shows on July 31st.
We will announce the winner on 20th of July - so you have 10 days to record your best time.

Yvonne has just had her Exercise Physiology Initial Consult & Assessment with Dakota.
She’s always exercised but has felt a bit lost lately with what to do.
Her GP recommended starting with an Exercise Physiologist for professional guidance to suit her personal needs.
Yvonne shared with us 🥰
“My husband passed away 3 weeks ago and he would want me to stay as happy & healthy as possible and would want me to do this - I also am really interested in doing some classes so I can make sure I meet new friends and stay as social as possible”.

Erin is 40 weeks pregnant and still showing up!
She completes 1 x EP session with Dakota and a few modified group classes each week.
Maintaining movement right up to birth supports pelvic health, helps manage those late-stage aches, and builds the physical and mental resilience needed for labour and recovery.
