💜 Guardian Girls – Week 3 💜
This week our Guardian Girls focused on building their breathing power! Through fun activities and exercises, the girls learned how controlled breathing can help with focus, confidence, strength, and staying calm in challenging situations.
It’s been amazing to watch everyone grow over the past three weeks, supporting each other and developing new skills along the way.
🌟 Next week is the final week of our 4-week course, and we can’t wait to celebrate everything the girls have achieved!
